Sandra M. Ribeiro, PT, MSEd, PCS works as a Senior Physical Therapist and a Clinical Instructor at the NYC Department of Education. She is an adjunct professor at Dominican and LaGuardia College. Sandra has co-authored a chapter of a book titled Interprofessional perspectives for community-oriented practice. She has served on a panel of experts to share innovative solutions with the Chancellor of the NYC Department of Education. Sandra has 28 years as an active member of the APTA-NY as a delegate and the Pediatric Special Interest Group Secretary. She is an item writer for the ABPTS-Pediatric Certification Examination.
