Dr. Bowers is a school-based PT and a board certified clinical specialist in pediatrics. She received her DPT from Washington University in St. Louis in 2010 and completed the LEND fellowship at Children’s National Medical Center/Georgetown UCEDD. Dr. Bowers served as PT faculty for the Arizona LEND program in 2012-2014 while also leading the rehabilitation department at The Children’s Clinics, a multidisciplinary medical home for children with special healthcare needs. Stephanie transitioned to school-based practice in 2019. Dr. Bowers is currently a volunteer member of the curriculum advisory committee for the University of Arizona Doctor of Physical Therapy Program.
