Dr. Shelden is the Chair and Program Director of the Department of Physical Therapy at Wichita State University. M’Lisa is a graduate Fellow of the ZERO TO THREE National Center for Infants, Toddlers. She has worked in the field of early intervention for 30+ years. She served as the Chair of the Teaming Strand for the most revision of the DEC Recommended Practices in Early Childhood/Early Childhood Special Education. She has coauthored several texts, including Physical Therapy under IDEA, The Early Childhood Coaching Handbook, and The Early Intervention Teaming Handbook: The Primary Service Provider Approach.
