Jan McElroy PT, PhD owns a private pediatric practice in Columbia, MO. She has over 40 years of experience in pediatric PT across inpatient, outpatient, rehabilitation, and home settings. Jan teaches continuing education courses on infants born preterm, gait development, and cerebral palsy. Additional teaching includes adjunct faculty position at Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions (RMUoHP) and co-directing the Pediatric Institute. Jan serves on the National Developmental Care Panel for developing standards in cross-disciplinary NICU care. Jan's service to APTA includes past committee service, past CSM Pediatric chair, and current board of directors position, Director of Practice.
