This case report describes the use of vestibular rehabilitation in addition to proprioceptive training in a patient with prolonged history of chronic dizziness. Physical therapy intervention focused on addressing bilateral hypofunction, cervical and trunk proprioception, as well as static and dynamic postural control. After completion of the intervention, the patient demonstrated improved gross motor performance and improved dizziness symptoms. Dizziness symptoms did return upon 1 year follow-up, but improvements in proprioception, balance, and gross motor performance were maintained.
