Tim Dokken, PT

Physical Therapist / Transportation Liaison

After a change in careers, Tim earned a PTA degree from Northern Virginia Community College. After 7 years as a PTA with Fairfax County Public Schools (FCPS), Tim earned his Master’s degree in PT through the University of Findlay’s bridge program. Tim has continued to work with FCPS and has been with the county for over 24 years. Tim is the PTOT Transportation Liaison and helps coordinate the PTOT support for the Extended School Year. Tim works with FCPS Transportation in supporting students with unique transportation needs, advocating for student’s rights and independence, all while stressing student and staff safety.
