This case report describes the treatment of a 11 year old child with post-COVID-19 Persistent Postural Perceptive Dizziness (PPPD) after unilateral vestibular neuritis and co-existing Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo (BPPV) using vestibular rehabilitation. PPPD symptoms masked BPPV symptoms which greatly inhibited functional mobility progress. After being treated with repositioning maneuvers, motion sensitivity training could begin and the patient saw marked improvement not only in resting dizziness but motion provoked dizziness as well. Historically thought of to not have high incidence in children, BPPV should be ruled out with all patients reporting symptoms of dizziness even with reports of continuous movement which may not fit traditional BPPV.
