Our Smart Orthotic Treatment (SOT) Resting Hand Orthosis is available in sizes to fit toddlers to adults. This orthosis maintains or increases elongation of the long flexors when contractures and deformities are present. The soft elasticized cover combined with the aluminum core supports the hand in a good resting position. This full cover will prevent or reduce the risk of edema. Low profile and lightweight, it provides good biomechanical positioning of the hand.

The Smart Orthotic Treatment (SOT) Thumb Orthosis is designed to restrict movement in the CMC and MCP joints and to support the hands arch. This is done by positioning the
thumbs joints and muscles in a comfortable resting position. The SOT Thumb will help to avoid overstretched ligaments that can lead to joint subluxation.

Stop by and try on our newest SELECTION™ Ulnar Deviation Splint. Low profile and lightweight, it provides good biomechanical positioning of the hand. Your patients will love the ease of application and smooth textile fabrics. The design supports the muscles, keeping the thumb in neutral position and unloads CMC and MCP, but allows an active “pinch” grip. At rest, the thumb is kept in neutral position without straining the muscles and tendons. This can be trimmed to the desired shape.
